Vision

Imagine a mountain on the horizon. It's your ultimate destination, what you strive for.

  • The Vision statement typically outlines your company's long-term aspirations and goals. It paints a picture of the ideal future state you are working towards.
  • An inspiring vision statement can motivate employees, unify the team, and provide a sense of direction.
  • The Company Vision section allows you to edit and craft your company's vision statement.

Mission

Picture the path you're taking to get there. It's the steps you take every day, the decisions you make, and the things you do to keep moving forward.

  • The Mission statement outlines your company's purpose and core objectives. It defines what your company does and why it does it.
  • A clear mission statement can guide decision-making, focus employee efforts, and communicate your company's value proposition to stakeholders.
  • The Company Mission section allows you to edit and craft your company's mission statement.
  • Your company values represent the fundamental beliefs and principles that guide your company culture and employee behavior.
  • They define what's important to your organization and how you want employees to interact and collaborate.
  • The Company Values section allows you to edit and define each value in more detail.
  • The company values also serve as a guide for what behaviors are not acceptable and what actions are worthy of recognition.

The Perform module's Communication Plan section allows you to:

  • Establish Clear Communication Channels: Define the preferred methods for communication within your organization (e.g., email, notifications).
  • Set Communication Frequency: Determine how often and when important information will be communicated to employees (e.g., daily company updates).

Communication History maintains a record of past communications. This can help keep everyone informed and ensure they have easy access to important information.

Note: Access to the Communication Plan and Communication History sections might be restricted based on permission levels set in the Settings module beforehand. This access is typically granted to admin specialists.

Strategy

The Strategy section within the Perform module is your roadmap for organizational success. This comprehensive tool provides a framework for defining your strategic priorities, setting clear goals, and aligning your teams toward achieving common objectives.

Key Components:

OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)

Set SMART goals, track progress collaboratively, and achieve remarkable results. Here's how:

 Define Your North Star:

  • Aligned with Vision and Mission: Anchor your team's long-term aspirations (North Stars) in your company's core values and mission statement
  • Breaking Down Goals: Use the Cycles section to translate your North Stars into achievable milestones using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework.

Cycles: The Roadmap to Success: Cycles represent the timeframes within which OKRs are achieved. Each cycle is divided into phases (e.g., Planning, Working, Reflecting) with specific durations to guide progress.

Personal, All OKRs and Backlog: These sections allow authorized users to create and monitor objectives based on their permissions.

OKR Tree/Objective Tree for Clarity: Visualize the hierarchical relationship between objectives at different levels (Individual, Department, Company) through the OKR Tree/Objective Tree functionality. This hierarchy is established by defining parent and child relationships between objectives.

OKRs Settings

Define your organization's objectives, set key results, set layers, and customize notifications, which will help you to stay aligned and motivated along with the entire team.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Define, track, analyze, and leverage KPIs to drive performance and achieve strategic objectives. The section is divided into several subsections, each serving a distinct purpose in the KPI management process:

  • Manage: This is the core section where you create, edit, and view your KPIs.
  • Track: This section is dedicated to monitoring the performance of your KPIs over time.
  • Mine: This section allows you to explore and analyze your own KPI data in-depth.
  • Archived: Store KPIs that are no longer active but need to be retained for historical reference.
  • Insights: This section provides insights based on your KPIs, helping you make informed decisions.
  • Settings: This section allows you to configure various settings related to KPI management, such as data sources, notification templates, and approval workflows.
  • 1-on-1 Meetings

Strengthen communication and foster collaboration. Use agenda templates to simplify meeting preparation and leverage the Manage 1-1 section to schedule and track meetings effectively. Leverage the All and Mine views to stay organized.

    Reviews

The Reviews section provides a central hub for conducting various types of performance evaluations. You can utilize different review methodologies to gain a comprehensive understanding of employee performance and identify areas for growth and development.

    • 360-Degree: A holistic evaluation approach that captures feedback from multiple perspectives—managers, peers, subordinates, and self-assessments. This method ensures balanced and unbiased insights into individual performance.
    • Manager Performance: Specifically tailored to assess managerial capabilities, this evaluation focuses on leadership effectiveness, team management, and the achievement of strategic objectives.
    • Potential Performance (9-Box Matrix): This methodology combines current performance metrics with potential for future growth. The 9-Box Matrix helps identify high-potential employees, future leaders, and areas requiring development.
    • Value Engagement: Evaluates how well employees align with organizational values and measures their engagement levels. This insight is critical for fostering a cohesive company culture and improving retention.
