Simplify Performance Management with the Reviews Section

The Reviews section in the Perform module is designed to simplify and enhance your organization's performance review process. It enables seamless evaluations and supports continuous growth and development for employees. The section leverages a variety of thorough methodologies to provide comprehensive insights, including: 

  • 360-Degree Reviews: A comprehensive feedback method that gathers insights from multiple sources, including peers, subordinates, managers, and the employee's self-assessment, offering a holistic view for development.
  • Manager Performance Reviews: A targeted evaluation process designed to provide managers with valuable feedback on their leadership skills, team management effectiveness, and overall contributions, supporting their continuous development and growth within the organization.
  • Potential Performance Reviews (9-Box Matrix): A strategic framework (using the 9-Box Matrix) used to assess an employee's current performance against their future potential for growth, leadership, and higher responsibilities within the organization.


  • Value Engagement Reviews: An evaluation designed to assess how well an employee embodies the organization's core values, their level of commitment, and their alignment with company culture and goals.


The Reviews section is divided into four key areas, each serving a unique purpose:


  • Cycles: Manage and monitor your performance review cycles. This section allows you to create, assign, and track review timelines to ensure timely evaluations are completed.
  • My Pending: A personalized view of all pending tasks related to reviews, enabling employees and managers to stay on top of their responsibilities.
  • Managerial Questions: This section provides structured questions to guide managers during review discussions, fostering meaningful conversations and actionable feedback.
  • Settings: Customize your review process using the 9-Box Matrix to structure performance and potential evaluations, aligning them with your strategic goals.

Remember: Access to the Reviews section and its subsections is determined by the permission settings configured in your Roles and Permissions section. These settings can be adjusted according to your organization’s preferences.
