Introduction to Spark.work's OKRs

Welcome to the OKRs section! 

Begin your OKR journey by establishing North Stars. These overarching goals will guide your organization's direction. Create cycles to establish the timeframe for your OKRs. Then define objectives and key results, and visualize dependencies using the intuitive tree view.

Key Features:

• North Star: Section, where we define your big goals
• Cycles: Define the timeframe for your OKRs (e.g., quarterly, annual)
• All OKRs: View all OKRs across the organization
• Personal OKRs: Track your OKRs and progress
• Backlog: Prioritize and manage upcoming OKRs (those not yet assigned to a cycle), including creation of new ones
• OKR Tree: Visualize the hierarchical structure of OKRs
• Objective Tree: Link OKRs to overarching organizational goals
• Insights: Analyze your OKR performance with the Insights section. Access data-driven visualizations and analytics to track progress, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Settings: Customize OKR settings
