Communication Plan

This section empowers you to create and manage strategic communication initiatives that reinforce your company's culture, vision, and values.

Key Features:

Vision and Mission communication: Schedule regular notifications to align employees with company goals.
Value Communication: Effectively communicate your company's core values to employees.

Configuring Communication Settings

To set up reminders for your company's vision and mission, and to define how company values are communicated, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Perform module, then select Culture and Communication Plan.

Configure the Vision communication, Mission communication and Value Communication

Click Edit button and activate the Reminders on Vision toggle to start configuring vision, mission, and values reminders.

Effective from: Choose the desired date for the reminder to be sent using the date picker

Recurrence cycle: Determine how often (weekly, daily, twice a week, etc.) and when (time) reminder notifications will be sent.

Preview Notification: Review the notification content based on your selected settings (Vision, Mission and Values definitions).

Click Save to finalize your communication plan settings.

In the Values Communication section:

Information Sent: Specify whether to send only the value name or the value with its accompanying explanation (Only Value, Value with Meaning).
Sequence: Determine the order of value notifications (Sequentially or Random)
