Configuring Communication Settings
To set up reminders for your company's vision and mission, and to define how company values are communicated, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Perform module, then select Culture and Communication Plan.Configure the Vision communication, Mission communication and Value CommunicationClick Edit button and activate the Reminders on Vision toggle to start configuring vision, mission, and values reminders.
Effective from: Choose the desired date for the reminder to be sent using the date pickerRecurrence cycle: Determine how often (weekly, daily, twice a week, etc.) and when (time) reminder notifications will be sent.Preview Notification: Review the notification content based on your selected settings in the Notification Preview section.Click Save to finalize your communication plan settings.In the
Values Communication section:
- Information Sent: Specify whether to send only the value name or the value with its accompanying explanation.
- Sequence: Determine the order of value notifications (sequential or random)
