Tracking and Managing KPIs
Key Actions:
- View KPIs: Access and review KPIs created by you or your team
- Make Check-Ins: Track progress, update status, and provide feedback on KPIs
- Filter KPIs: Narrow down your KPI view based on their alignment with your organization's strategic perspectives
Performing Check-Ins
- Access Check-In Page: Click on the KPI name or Check In button to open the check-in page
- Enter New Values: Input the latest values for the key result for the current month and the previous month
- You can add as many check-ins as needed to track progress over time
- Review Status: The system will automatically determine the KPI's status based on the percentage range
You won't be able to perform check-ins for the archived KPIs. However, you can view their details and historical check-ins in the Archived section by clicking on their names.
You can also filter KPIs based on their alignment with your organization's strategic perspectives, as well as other relevant options (e.g. type, owner, contributor) using the Filter button.
