Strategic Alignment and Visualization (Strategy Map)
The Strategy Map visually represents the interconnectedness of your strategic goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). It is generated based on the data you input into the system, including:
- Strategic pillars: The overarching goals that drive your organization's strategy
- Strategic Perspectives: These are the different areas of focus within your organization, such as Finance, Operations, Customer Satisfaction, and Organizational Capacity
- Strategic Goals: The specific objectives aligned with your strategic priorities
- Associated KPIs and OKRs: The key performance indicators and objectives that measure progress towards your strategic goals
- Relationships: The connections between strategic goals, objectives, and KPIs
Strategic Pillars are displayed as cards. Each card displays the name of the strategic pillar. Clicking the arrows on a card opens a side panel containing:
- Description of the Pillar
- List of Associated Goals
- Number of Associated OKRs
- Number of Associated KPIs

Within the Mapping, strategic goals are represented as interconnected cards. Each card displays the goal's name and provides options for managing relationships.
Key Actions:
- Add Contributing or Supportive Goals and Associated KPIs: Use the paperclip icon to link related goals and add relevant KPIs to support the strategic goal
- View KPI and OKR Data: click on the respective count displayed for each metric to view detailed information about associated KPIs and OKRs
- Identify Failed KPIs: The red info icon indicates failed KPIs. Click on it to view details
Understanding Relationships:
- Upward Arrows: Indicate contributions to higher-level strategic goals
- Horizontal Arrows: Indicate supportive relationships with other strategic goals within the same perspective
Note: While you can view and analyze the Strategy Map within the Strategy Map page, editing and making changes to the map can only be done within the dedicated Mapping section.

Note: When creating new OKRs and KPIs, you'll have the opportunity to link them to their corresponding goals, pillars, and perspectives within the system.
- Click on the paperclip icon📎 on the strategic goal card
- Click on Plus icon + to add Contributing or Supportive goal
- Select the Link KPIs button to choose the relevant KPIs to link

Tip: You cannot contribute to a strategic goal above the Finance perspective because it represents the highest-level perspective and cannot be further linked to other strategic goals.
You can delete added contributing and Strategic goals by clicking on the bin icon 🗑. You can also unlink linked KPIs using the Unlink icon.
