My Dashboard: Managing Your Team

The My Team dashboard is an integral part of the Grow module and serves as your central workspace for managing and tracking team interactions. Here, you can quickly access key information - such as upcoming and past 1-on-1s, received feedback, and recognitions - for all relevant employees. The list includes your direct reports, managers within your department, and other colleagues (Peers).

The system automatically generates the following groups based on the reporting structure, allowing you to filter the employee list by relationship quickly:

• Team: Includes all employees who are part of your reporting structure. This includes:

  • Direct Reports — employees who report directly to you.

  • Reporters — employees who report to your team members.

• Managers: Includes all employees who are above you in your reporting structure, including:

  • Direct Managers — your immediate supervisors.

  • Managers — higher-level managers above your direct managers.

• Peers: Other active employees within your organization. You can manually add any employee in the organization to this list for quick reference.
• Department: All employees who belong to the same department as you.

 
For the currently selected group, you'll find the following key data:

• Employees: The list displays all employees in your currently selected group (Team, Peers, Managers, or Department) along with their associated information (such as position and level). Only active employees can be displayed in the list. (To learn more about employee statuses, click here.) Click on the employee's name to view their profile.
• Upcoming Meetings: View upcoming meeting dates
• 1-on-1 Meetings: See the total number of scheduled one-on-one meetings with your team members. Click on the number to view specific meeting information within the Manage 1-on-1 section.
• Feedback: Review feedback provided to and from team members
• Recognition: View and acknowledge team member achievements

Use the appropriate icons to schedule 1-on-1 meetings, provide feedback, and give recognition.

You can also use the Filter button to sort employees based on criteria such as department, position, branch office, professional level, Reporting Type, or employee group.
