Manage Competencies
The Competency section within the Grow module is a powerful tool for developing and managing your organization's talent. By utilizing predefined categories and establishing a comprehensive library of competencies, you can ensure that your workforce possesses the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve organizational goals.
Library: View and manage all competencies, such as "Problem Solving" or "Data Analytics," including their detailed descriptions and linked job families. This centralized repository allows you to define multi-level proficiency indicators (Level 1 to 5) for each competency, providing a clear roadmap for employee growth and consistent evaluation standards across the company.
Settings: Set up the structure behind your competencies. Define categories (such as Knowledge, Skills, or Behavior) and configure proficiency levels used across the Library.
