• Feedback Points: This centralized library contains the standardized list of skills and behaviors used throughout the system. Using these predefined points ensures that all feedback is consistent, objective, and tied to core organizational competencies.

• Insights: A dedicated analytical area that provides high-level visibility into performance and behavioral trends.
