Creating and Managing 1-on-1 Agenda Templates

To get started with 1-on-1 meetings, it’s important to create customized agenda templates. These pre-designed agenda templates offer a structured framework for conducting productive 1-on-1 meetings, covering a range of discussion topics to ensure meaningful and well-rounded conversations.
Let’s explore the creation process.

Creating Agenda Templates
  1. Go to Perform -→ 1-on-1sAgenda Templates
  2. Click + Add Agenda Template

  3. Provide a title that reflects the agenda's focus (e.g., Performance Review Agenda, Career Development Agenda)
  4. Write a description outlining the key discussion topics
  5. Check the box to make the template Public or leave it unchecked for Private visibility
  6. Click + Add Talking Point to include as many discussion topics as you wish
    • You can delete and edit the talking point using the cross ❌ icon and the edit ✎ icon respectively
  7. Click Save to finalize or Cancel to discard changes

The visibility of your agenda template depends on how you saved it:

  • Public: Visible to all users within your organization
  • Private: Accessible only to the template creator

Note: Only authorized users (HR managers, team leads) can create new agenda templates. These permissions are set within the Roles and Permissions section.

Managing Agenda Templates:

  • Duplicate: Create copies of existing templates for customization by clicking the Copy button
  • Delete: Remove unnecessary templates by clicking the Delete button
  • Edit: Modify existing templates by clicking on their names and using the Edit icon

To access these options, click on the name of the agenda template you want to manage.
