Feedback Insights: Data-Driven Overview

The Insights section serves as your central analytical dashboard, giving administrators and managers a clear, data-driven view of the entire feedback process across the organization. While the Manage section focuses on tracking individual feedback requests, Insights highlights overall trends, engagement levels, and sentiment across all feedback exchanges.

With this data, you can:

  • Monitor the overall health of your feedback culture over specific periods.

  • Identify trends in positive, neutral, and negative sentiment.

  • Track the speed and effectiveness of your organization’s feedback loop.

The dashboard includes several key visualization blocks that display important metrics at a glance. You can adjust the date range at the top of the page to analyze different time periods, as well as apply filters for specific Department and Branch Office selection.

Note: By default, the current year is filtered and set as the active date range. Additionally, multiple departments and branch offices can be selected simultaneously to aggregate data across custom groups.
