How to Request and Give Feedback

This article guides you through the process of initiating a new conversation in the Personal Feedback section. Here, you use two main buttons to either ask for feedback from a colleague or spontaneously give it to someone else.
How to Request Feedback

  1. Navigate to Grow → Feedback → Personal

  2. Click the Request Feedback button.

In the opened Request Feedback sidebar window, follow these steps:
  1. Use the "Who are you sending the request to?" field to select the person from whom you wish to receive feedback.

  2. Choose between two types for your request:

    • General: Use this option to choose a ready-made Feedback Point from the library or type a simple, free-form message.

      • Select Feedback Point: Click here to select a predefined, standardized Feedback Point from the library.
    • Competency-Based: Select this if you need feedback specifically tied to organizational competencies and skills.

      • Select Category: You must first choose a general Category (e.g., Knowledge, Skills, Behavior) for the feedback.

      • Select Competency: After choosing a Category, you must select a specific Competency within that category (e.g., Risk Management, Problem-Solving Skills, Problem Solving) that you want the Giver to evaluate.

  3. Add a Message: You can add a personalized request message to the Giver.

  4. Visibility: Select the "Share feedback publicly" checkbox if you want the final, received feedback to be visible to managers or HR administrators (otherwise, it remains private between you and the Giver).

  5. Send: Click Send & Request New to send the current request and start another one immediately, or click Send to finalize.

Once sent, the request will appear in your Pending Requests tab until the recipient responds. As soon as the recipient provides their feedback, the entry will move from the Pending list to your All Feedback tab, marked with the status "BASED ON REQUEST."
