Creating and Working with Feedback Points
Feedback Points are specific, actionable comments or observations that you can use to highlight a person’s strengths, identify areas for improvement, or provide guidance. The goal is to keep feedback clear, concise, and focused on one topic at a time. By creating a library of these points, you can deliver consistent and meaningful feedback efficiently.
The main area of the Feedback Points subsection contains a list of all the points you or your team have created. You can:
- Search for a specific feedback point using the search bar.
- Use the icons (✎🗑) next to each point to edit or delete it.
- Click the Add Feedback Point button in the top right corner to create a new one.

How to Add a Feedback Point
Go to Grow → Feedback → Feedback Points
Click the Add Feedback Point button in the upper right corner.
A new, empty field will appear in the list. Enter the content of your feedback point into this field.
Once you have defined the point, click the tick icon (✓) to save it to your library.
- If you decide not to save the new feedback, click the cross icon (X) to discard the changes. The point will not be added to your library.
