Creating and Working with Feedback Points

Feedback Points are specific, actionable comments or observations that you can use to highlight a person’s strengths, identify areas for improvement, or provide guidance. The goal is to keep feedback clear, concise, and focused on one topic at a time. By creating a library of these points, you can deliver consistent and meaningful feedback efficiently.

The main area of the Feedback Points subsection contains a list of all the points you or your team have created. You can:

  • Search for a specific feedback point using the search bar.
  • Use the icons (✎🗑) next to each point to edit or delete it.
  • Click the Add Feedback Point button in the top right corner to create a new one.

How to Add a Feedback Point

  1. Go to Grow → Feedback → Feedback Points

  2. Click the Add Feedback Point button in the upper right corner.

  3. A new, empty field will appear in the list. Enter the content of your feedback point into this field.

  4. Once you have defined the point, click the tick icon (✓) to save it to your library.

    • If you decide not to save the new feedback, click the cross icon (X) to discard the changes. The point will not be added to your library.

By managing this library, you’ll always have relevant, standardized feedback points at your fingertips, ready to share with colleagues.
