Managing Feedback
The Manage section lets you view, track, and organize all feedback in one place - helping you stay on top of requests, monitor statuses, and quickly find what you need.
Access to this comprehensive system view is granted to managers and administrators according to their permissions.
To access this page, navigate to GROW → Feedback → Personal Feedback.

All Feedback Tab
This tab displays all completed feedback exchanges within the system. At the top of the section, you will find cards summarizing the total count of feedback entries, categorized by their status:
- All: The total count of all completed feedback entries.
- Given: The total count of entries where the feedback was successfully given.
- Rejected: The total count of requests that the intended Giver declined.
Clicking each card will filter the main list to display only the corresponding entries.
The main list displays each feedback entry, providing all the necessary details to monitor conversations and take action:
Employees: Shows the Giver and the Recipient involved in the exchange. The blue arrow (→) visually indicates the direction of the feedback flow.
Feedback Details: The content of the feedback, including the Competency or Feedback Point used, the Emotional tone (Positive/Neutral/Negative), and the full message.
Dates: The dates the feedback was given or requested, the Response Time, allowing administrators to monitor the timeliness of the exchange.
Initiation: The context of the feedback: SELF-INITIATED (spontaneous feedback given by someone) or BASED ON REQUEST (feedback that was requested by the Recipient).
Visibility: The icon shows whether the feedback is Private (visible only to the Giver and Recipient) or Shared (also visible to the Recipient's manager and HR).
Actions:
- Delete (bin) icon 🗑, allowing managers and administrators to remove inappropriate or outdated entries from the system.
- View (eye) icon 👁, which opens the full conversation details.

Pending Requests Tab
Here you can find all feedback requests that are still awaiting a response..
The main list displays every active request and provides key details for monitoring:
Employees: Shows the Recipient (the person who sent the request) and the Giver (the person who needs to respond). The blue arrow (→) visually indicates the direction of the request flow.
Request Details: Includes the Competency or Feedback Point requested, and the full message provided by the Recipient.
Date: Shows the date the request was sent.
Note: You can filter these requests by date range using the date picker tool.
Pending Days: The total number of days the request has been pending since the Sent date. This helps quickly identify and follow up on requests approaching their due date.
Visibility: The icon shows whether the feedback is Private (visible only to the Giver and Recipient) or Shared (also visible to the Recipient's manager and HR)..
Actions:
The View (eye) icon opens the full request details.
The Delete (trash bin) icon, allowing managers to remove obsolete or incorrect requests from the system.

- Use the Date Picker to select a specific date range and view only the feedback entries given or requested during that time.
- Use the Filter button for advanced options — narrow results by Sender, Recipient, Visibility, or Feedback Type (Positive, Negative, Neutral).
- Use the Search bar to quickly find feedback by keywords or text within the feedback messages.
