Personal Feedback
At the top of the page, you'll find two main buttons to initiate a feedback conversation:
- Request Feedback: Click this button to ask for feedback from a specific person.
- Give Feedback: Click this button to give feedback to a colleague.

The content is organized into two primary tabs: All Feedback and Pending Requests.
All Feedback Tab
This is the main view where you can manage and review all of your feedback. This tab provides an overview of your feedback history through three key metrics:
- All: The total count of all feedback conversations you've been a part of.
- Received: The total number of feedback you have received from others.
- Given: The total number of feedback you have given to others.
Clicking each card will filter the main list to display only the corresponding entries.
Below this, you'll see a detailed list of all feedback. Each feedback entry shows:
- Recipient and Giver: The names of the two people involved.
- The arrow icons next to the name visually indicate the direction of the feedback flow, allowing you to quickly distinguish the Giver from the Recipient.
- If it's feedback you requested, it will be marked as SELF-INITIATED.
- If it's feedback you requested from someone and they replied, it will be marked as BASED ON REQUEST.
- Category: The competency or topic the feedback relates to.
- Feedback Type: A tag indicating whether the feedback is Positive, Negative, or Neutral.
- Date: The date the feedback was given or the date it was requested.
- Response Time: Displays the time elapsed (in days) between when the feedback was sent and when it was received.
- Visibility: The corresponding icon shows whether the feedback is Private (visible only to the Recipient and Giver) or Shared (visible to the Recipient's manager and HR).

Pending Requests
The Pending Requests tab is a central location for managing all feedback requests, those you have received and those you have sent. A number next to the tab name indicates the total count of requests currently awaiting response.
Receiving Feedback Requests
This view is for when someone has requested feedback from you.
The tab displays a list of all requests currently awaiting your response. For each pending request, you will see
- The name of the person who originally sent the feedback request.
- The date the request was initiated and sent to you.
Give Feedback: Click this button to open the feedback form and provide your response to the user who requested it. Once you submit your response, the request is removed from this list.
Reject: Click this button if you are unable to provide feedback. The request is immediately removed from this list.
- Visibility: The corresponding icon shows whether the feedback is Private (visible only to the Recipient and Giver) or Shared (visible to the Recipient's manager and HR).
Waiting for a Response Requests
This view is for when you have requested feedback from someone else.
This section lists all the requests that you have sent and are still awaiting a reply.
For each pending request, you will see
- The name of the person you requested feedback from.
- The date you initiated and sent the feedback request..
Request Message: If you included a personalized message explaining the context of your request, it will be displayed below the recipient's information.
Visibility: The corresponding icon shows whether the feedback is Private (visible only to the Recipient and Giver) or Shared (visible to the Recipient's manager and HR).
Delete Option: You can delete the request (using the bin icon 🗑) if you no longer need the feedback.
Note: Once the recipient provides their feedback or the request is rejected/deleted, the entry is automatically removed from this "Pending Requests" list.
If you receive the requested feedback, it will appear in your All Feedback tab marked as "BASED ON REQUEST."
If you give feedback to someone else, the entry will appear in their All Feedback tab marked as "SELF-INITIATED."

- Use the Date Picker to select a specific date range and view only the feedback entries given or requested during that time.
- Use the Filter button for advanced options — narrow results by Sender, Recipient, Visibility, or Feedback Type (Positive, Negative, Neutral).
- Use the Search bar to quickly find feedback by keywords or text within the feedback messages.
