What you can find here:
  • Manage: Helps you set up and coordinate the entire evaluation process.
  • Employee Appraisal: A central view for reviewing individual performance and evaluating employee contributions.
  • My Team: Gives managers a clear look at their team's performance data and allows them to evaluate member achievements.
  • Settings: Used to configure the core components of your evaluation system, such as performance categories and assessment points.
