Team Appraisals
Where to Find: Evaluate → Appraisal → My Team
In the My Team section, you can view your direct reports, monitor their performance appraisal progress, review their appraisal details, and initiate new appraisals.
In each employee card, you can see:
- Employee details, the assigned appraisal group, and the Appraise button to start an evaluation.
- The latest appraisal results, including the overall score, final decision, and total number of appraisals.
- If the employee has not yet been evaluated, No Appraisal is displayed.
- The next appraisal date or whether the appraisal is overdue.
