Here you can view two key metrics for the selected values:
- Value Engagement by Percentage: This
metric measures how well employees align with specific organizational values based on feedback provided by reviewers - Company Engagement by Percentage: The metric provides insights into how employees across the company align with organizational values. It visually represents employees' engagement based on the reviewers' scores.

- Value Engagement by Percentage
The Value Engagement by Percentage evaluates how well employees align with the organization’s core values based on the feedback from reviewers.
The system displays engagement for each Value Type using a bar chart:
- Click on a Value bar: opens a bar chart, that illustrates the distribution of responses for the selected value.
- Hover Over Columns: Display the number of responses and the corresponding percentage for each engagement level.
- Click on a Column: Reveal a list of employees who selected the corresponding response or engagement level.
The Value Engagement by Percentage is calculated in two steps:
Step 1: Calculate the Average Score of the Employee for a Value
- For a given value, each reviewer provides a score for the employee.
- The average score is calculated by adding all the scores for the value and dividing it by the total number of reviewers.
Formula:
Average Score=Score 1+Score 2+⋯+Score NQuantity of Reviewers
- Score N: The score given by a specific reviewer for the employee regarding the chosen value.
- Quantity of Reviewers: The total number of reviewers who evaluated the employee for the value.
Step 2: Calculate Value Engagement by Percentage
To express the engagement as a percentage, divide the Average Score by the maximum possible score (e.g., 5) and multiply by 100.Formula:
Value Engagement by Percentage=Average Score5×100
Example:Let’s assume an employee received these scores for the value "Collaboration":
- Reviewer 1: 4
- Reviewer 2: 4
To express the engagement as a percentage, divide the Average Score by the maximum possible score (4 in this case) and multiply by 100:
Value Engagement by Percentage=(Average ScoreMaximum Score)×100 Value Engagement by Percentage=(44)×100=100%

This metric provides a high-level overview of employee engagement with the company's values. It measures how well employees, on average, align with the company's core values.
The system displays the company engagement by percentage using a bar chart.
1. Hovering over a bar displays:
- The engagement percentage range (e.g., 70-80%),
- The number of employees within that range
- The percentage of employees in that range compared to the total evaluated population (e.g., 50%).
2. Clicking on a bar opens a table listing the employees within the selected percentage range:
- Reviewer Name (e.g., Erik Kruger, Katharina Frank).
- Engagement Percentage (e.g., 80%, 70%).
The Company Engagement by Percentage is calculated as:
Company Engagement by Percentage = Total Maximum Possible Score/Total Employee Score for Values)×100
Example:
80100×100=80%\frac{80}{100} \times 100 = 80\%
Since each employee has a maximum possible score of 100, then Total Maximum Possible Score = 100+100=200.
Total Employee Score for Values = 80+70=150
Company Engagement by Percentage= 150/200×100=75%
The Company Engagement by Percentage is 75%.
