Employee Appraisal
Where to Find: Evaluate → Appraisal → Employee Appraisal
The Employee Appraisal section allows you to manage employee appraisals and review performance results. Select an employee to start a new appraisal, complete the configured evaluation, and view current and previous appraisal results.
To start an appraisal or view an employee's appraisal information, select an employee from the Select an employee to appraise dropdown.
After selecting an employee, the page displays basic employee information, including:

After selecting an employee, the page displays basic employee information, including:
- Employee name and profile photo;
- Position, department, and branch;
- Next Appraisal date.

Tip: The Next Appraisal date is calculated based on the appraisal periodicity configured for the employee's appraisal group.
Start a New Appraisal
To start an appraisal for the selected employee, click + New Appraisal.

A new appraisal is created based on the appraisal settings configured for the employee. During the process, you evaluate the employee using the configured Assessment Points and select a final decision from the available Decision Points. The employee's Performance Category is then determined automatically based on the calculated appraisal score

- Review Calculated Appraisal Score: View the overall percentage score and the automatically assigned performance category (e.g., Strong Performer), which update dynamically based on the evaluation inputs.
- Review Quantitative Metrics: Check the pre-calculated scores pulled from system data (such as Position Fit Score, 360 Review, KPI Score, and Value Engagement), including their weights and final contribution values.
- Review Qualitative Metrics: Expand and review contextual performance records collected during the appraisal period, including Initiatives, OKRs, Received Feedback, Recognition, and 1-on-1s.
- Complete Executive Evaluation: Rate core strategic impact criteria—such as Value Contribution, Business Criticality, Future Readiness, and Cultural & Leadership Capital—by selecting the appropriate rating option (e.g., Very Low to Very High).
- Click + Add Comment under any criterion to provide additional context for your evaluation.
- Select Final Decision: Choose the appropriate outcome for the employee from the Final Decision dropdown list.
- Provide Details & Rationale: In the text field, enter a detailed explanation and justification for your decision.
- Save Appraisal: Click Save in the top-right corner to submit and complete the appraisal.

After an appraisal is completed, its results are available for review on the employee's appraisal page.

This tab provides a summary of the employee's latest appraisal results.

- In the Latest Appraisal Results section, the overall appraisal score and final decision are displayed. Here you can see:
- The overall calculated score (for example, 83.84)
- The performance category, such as Strong Performer
- The appraisal date
- The final decision, such as High Potential
- In the Performance Scores section, individual cards are displayed for each metric (such as Position Fit Score, 360 Review Score, KPI Score, and Value Engagement Score) along with their calculated scores.
- The system displays all active metrics configured for the employee's appraisal group (e.g., 4 out of 4 configured metrics).
- In the Executive Evaluation section, the ratings assigned during the appraisal for core strategic parameters are shown, including Value Contribution, Business Criticality, Future Readiness, and Cultural & Leadership Capital.
- The Qualitative Metrics section provides additional context about the employee's performance beyond numerical scores.
- Click any metric to expand it and review the related records (such as Initiatives, OKRs, Received Feedback, Recognition, and 1-on-1s).

Appraisal History Tab
- In тhe Appraisal History tab, you can view previous appraisals completed for the selected employee and track their performance over time.
- The badge next to the tab indicates the total number of past appraisals completed for the employee.
