Understanding Managerial Questions and Creating Templates

Managerial questions are designed to evaluate or support the performance, thinking, and development of managers.

In this section, you can create and manage Managerial Question templates to simplify the review process for future cycles. These templates can be reused across various managers' performance evaluations, ensuring consistency and efficiency in assessing managerial performance over time.

When accessing the Managerial Questions section (Perform → Reviews → Managerial Questions), you will see the available templates presented as cards. Each card includes:


  • Template Title: The name of the template.
  • Number of Questions: The total number of questions included in the template.
    • Clicking on the question count opens a page displaying all the relevant questions within the template.
  • Status: Indicates whether the template is active or archived.
  • Icon: A visual representation of the template's type or focus.
  • Delete Icon: An option to remove the template if needed.

You can also access additional features for managing templates:

  • Search Bar: Quickly search for specific templates.
  • Active Filter: Filter templates based on their active status.
  • Add Button: Create a new template.

Creating a New Template

  1. Navigate to Perform → Reviews → Managerial Questions
  2. Click the Add button to open a new template creation form
  3. Add a visual representation of your template (Upload image)
  4. Give your template a clear and descriptive title
  5. Briefly explain the purpose and focus of the template.
  6. Add questions by clicking the Add Question button.
    • You can include as many questions as needed.
    • Enable the Required toggle to specify whether the question must be answered before submission.
  7. Once all details are added click Save

Note: Don't forget to click the Save button at the top-right corner to finalize the template creation
