Manage and Track Performance Review Cycles

The Cycles section of the Reviews displays all available review types as individual cards, such as 360 Review, Manager Performance, Potential Performance, and Value Engagement. Each card provides an overview of the existing cycles and allows you to create new ones by clicking the Add button.

  • 360 Review: Allows employees to evaluate their performance while receiving feedback from managers, peers, and colleagues.
  • Managers' Performance: Provides feedback to managers to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, enhancing their effectiveness.
  • Potential Performance: Assesses an employee’s readiness for future growth by evaluating their skills, strengths, and potential.
  • Value Engagement: Measures how well employees align with organizational values and assesses their commitment and engagement.

On each Review card, you will see:

  • The title and description of the review
  • The logo
  • The Add button
  • The number of cycles included in the review

By default, all review cycles are displayed in the list below the Review cards. To view cycles for a specific review, click on the corresponding card. Please note that only active and draft cycles will appear in the list. If you click the Clear All button, the relevant number of reviews will be displayed again.

In this section, you can:

  • View all active, draft, upcoming, and completed cycles in one place, organized by review type.
  • Add new review cycles with predefined or customized parameters.
  • Filter cycles by status (Active, Draft, Completed, Upcoming) and by specific date ranges to focus on relevant reviews. Select your desired filters using the dropdown and date-picker options, then apply them to refine your view.
  • Track progress, deadlines, and employee participation in real time.
  • Manage individual review cycles: Click the "Manage" option from the actions menu next to a cycle to oversee and administer its details, participants, and reports.

Tip: For the 360 Review, where deadlines are set for Self, Manager, Peer, and Upward evaluations, click See Due Dates to view the specific deadlines for each group.

Cycle Statuses
  • Active: The cycle is published, and the review period has started. Participants can actively complete and submit their evaluations.
  • Draft: The cycle is still in the planning phase and not yet published. It can be edited before being made available to reviewers.
  • Completed: The cycle has ended, and all reviews are finalized. No further submissions or edits can be made.
  • Upcoming: The cycle is published, but the review period has not started yet. Reviewers will gain access once the start date arrives.
  • To view the detailed configurations of a cycle, click on its title and navigate through the pages using the Next button. For Draft cycles that may require modifications, use the Save and Continue or Save and Close buttons as needed.

    Managing Review Cycles

When you click the "Manage" option from the Actions Menu, you are taken to a dedicated page for that specific review.

Regardless of the specific review type, each management page has three tabs below the dynamic summary section:

    • Employees Tab: Lists all employees included in the review, showing their progress status for each stage, overall completion, and preliminary scores.
    • Details Tab: Provides a comprehensive overview of the review cycle's configuration, including its name, description, dates, and the specific values or competencies being evaluated.
    • Reports Tab: This tab provides access to view aggregated results and analytical insights derived from the completed reviews.

The summary cards and progress indicators at the top of the page are dynamically adapted to reflect the unique aspects of each review methodology.

    1.  Managing 360-Degree Review Cycles

    • Upward Progress: Completion of feedback by assigned subordinates.
    • Numbers displayed on each card (e.g., "3/5" or "1/2") represent:
