Recognition Section: Fostering a Culture of Growth

The Recognition section helps you celebrate achievements and highlight positive actions across the organization. It’s part of the Grow module and connects everyday efforts with meaningful acknowledgment, making sure everyone’s contributions are noticed and appreciated.

This feature does more than just say “thank you” — it ties recognition to your company’s values and goals, supporting continuous growth and development. Managers, peers, and departments can easily view, give, receive, and track recognitions, creating a workplace where success is shared and celebrated.

The Recognition is broken down into three main sections to manage and track your organizational recognition initiatives:
Personal: In this section, you can see all the recognitions you have received and acknowledgments you have given to others.
Manage: In the Manage section, administrators and managers can see all recognitions given and received across their team or the whole organization. They can review, adjust, or remove entries when needed to make sure every recognition meets company guidelines.
Insights: This section provides analytical data on recognition trends across the company. Use this to understand which teams are giving or receiving the most praise, which values are being recognized most often, and the overall impact of your recognition programs.
