Insights of Recognition Data

The Insights section of Recognition provides an analytical view of your organization's recognition activity, allowing HR and management to measure engagement, track adherence to company values, and identify recognition patterns across different departments and employees. This data is critical for understanding and fostering a culture of appreciation.

Before diving into the metrics, you can refine the data displayed using the following filters, located at the top of the dashboard:

  • Date Range: Select a specific time period (e.g., 10/11/2024 - 10/11/2025) to analyze activity within a defined window. The dashboard will update dynamically to reflect only the recognition entries sent during this period.
  • Branch Office: Filter the data to focus on recognition activity within a specific branch in your organization.
  • Department: Filter the data to focus on recognition activity within a specific team or department.

With Recognition Analytics, you can visualize trends, measure engagement with company values, and identify areas of strong recognition culture or potential improvement.

Values Engagement: Shown through horizontal bar charts, this block visualizes how often each Core Value Tag (e.g., Collaboration & Empowerment, Integrity & Transparency) is used. It reflects which company values are most frequently recognized and indicates the percentage of employees contributing to each value.
Recognition by Departments: Displayed as a bar chart, this section compares recognition received across departments (e.g., Admin, Human Resources, Enterprise). It highlights which teams are most recognized and helps identify areas where engagement could be improved.
