My Recognition (Personal)

This is your personal dashboard in Grow → Recognition, where you can track all recognition. It gives you a clear, private history of the recognition you’ve received from others and the recognition you’ve given to your colleagues. Use it to monitor your impact and see how you contribute to a culture of appreciation. From this page, you can also give recognition to your colleagues.

To give a Recognition:
  • Click on the Give Recognition button at the top of the Personal Page
  • In the opened Sidebar panel:
    • Select the specific colleague or team member you wish to recognize.
    • Specify a Core Value in the second dropdown (e.g., Collaboration, Integrity, Innovation).
    • Write a specific, descriptive message explaining why the recognition is deserved. (e.g., "Your dedication to Collaboration was critical!")
    • Switch the "Share Recognition on Feed" toggle to control the Privacy Status of the recognition:
      •  Off (Default): The recognition is Private. Only the recipient and any administrators/managers can see the entry.
      •  On: The recognition is Public. It will appear on the main company feed (Company Homepage).
  • Finally, click :
    • Cancel: Closes the sidebar panel without sending the recognition.
    • Send & Give New: Submits the current recognition and then immediately refreshes the sidebar, allowing you to send another recognition note right away.
    • Send: Submits the current recognition and closes the sidebar panel.
The main numbers for your recognition activity are displayed in cards at the top of the page:


All Total: The total number of recognition entries on your profile, including both received and given.

Received: How many recognition entries were given to you by others.

Given: How many recognition entries you have given to others.

The main list area shows all recognition entries linked to your profile in chronological order:


  • Recipient/Giver Profile: Name, title, and photo of the person involved.
    • Hover over the Info icon 🛈 to see the employee’s branch and department.
  • Action Type: Clearly marked as Received (given to you) or Given (you gave it).
  • Recognition Details:

    • Value Tag: The company value recognized (e.g., Collaboration, Integrity).
    • Comment/Description: The reason for the recognition.
    • Date: When it was published.
    • Privacy Status: Indicates if it’s public or private.
Recognitions can be easily found using the Search and Filter tools:
  • Search by keyword: Quickly find recognition entries by typing words from the message, comment, or employee name.

  • Filter by Recipient.

  • Filter by Sender.

  • Show on Feed.

  • Filter by Values: Show recognitions associated with a specific Core Value (e.g., Collaboration, Integrity, Innovation).

  • Filter by Date Range: Limit results to recognitions published within a specific time period.
