Career Section
Located within the Grow module, the Career section is a dedicated space for employees and managers to see, plan, and manage career growth. It serves as a strategic roadmap that connects an individual's current role with their future aspirations, providing the transparency needed to navigate a successful journey within the organization.
The section is organized into three primary parts to provide a clear view of growth paths and development resources:
Paths: This section is a visual career map that shows how employees can grow, move up, or explore other roles. HR and administrators use it to plan and organize career paths across the company.
Competency Matrix: This section enables employees to view the skills and proficiency levels required for their roles. HR uses it to set expectations, track growth, and guide development. Together with Career Paths, it shows what’s required to reach the next level.
Playbook: While HR defines the requirements in the Matrix, the Playbook provides the practical "how-to" for employees to master those competencies and prepare for their next career move.
