Where to Find: Grow → Awards and Badges → Winners
This section shows all employees who have been recognized for their outstanding contributions.
Use the filter cards at the top of the page to browse different types of award recipients:
Use the filter cards at the top of the page to browse different types of award recipients:
- All Winners – displays every award recipient.
- Direct Award Winners – displays employees who received an award directly, without a nomination or voting process.
- Nomination-Based Winners – displays employees who won an award through the nomination and voting process.
How to Add a Direct Award
- Click + Add Direct Award in the top-right corner.
- Select an Award Template from the dropdown.
- Choose a Recipient from the list.
- Enter a brief note explaining why the employee deserves the award.
- Click Save to issue the award.
