The Awards and Badges section helps recognize and celebrate employee achievements and contributions. It makes appreciation visible across the organization and encourages employee engagement.
The section consists of five areas:
Settings: Used to configure award types and notification templates for the recognition process.
Manage: Used to manage nominations, voting boards, and recognition processes.
Active Nominations: Displays current nominations and allows employees to vote.
Winners: Displays award winners and recognition results across the organization.
Personal: A private section where employees can view their own awards, track progress, and celebrate their personal achievements within the company.
