Roles and Permissions
The Roles and Permissions feature in Spark.work empowers you to define and control access privileges for your employees. This ensures that users can only access the specific modules, sections, and functionalities they need to perform their jobs effectively.
Administrators in Spark.work enjoy a broader range of privileges compared to other roles. This allows them to:
- View and manage: Administrators possess the ability to view and manage all modules and sections within Spark.work, granting them a comprehensive overview of the platform.
- Fulfill approval flows: Administrators play a critical role in driving organizational processes forward by fulfilling various approval workflows within the system.
- Perform advanced actions: Administrators have access to additional functionalities and capabilities not available to other roles, enabling them to perform advanced tasks and manage the system effectively.
You can set up permission boundaries on the User level or through Branch Office Groups.
