Tracking Personal OKRs

The Personal OKRs page lets you see all the objectives and key results you’ve created. It helps you keep track of your progress, stay focused on your goals, and see how you’re doing throughout the cycle.

You can find the following information on this page:


  • Objective: The goal being tracked (e.g., Increase sales in 2025).
    • Click the name to view its full overview.
  • Objective Status: Indicates whether the objective is Active, Complete, or Locked.
  • Key Results: The measurable targets linked to the objective.
  • Status Bar: Shows current progress in real time (e.g., 0% or 100% Achieved, Missed).
  • Layer: Indicates the objective's level (Organizational, Department, Individual).
  • Type: Defines how the objective is treated (e.g., Committed).
  • Departments: The Departments field shows which team or unit is responsible for completing the objective.
  • Ownership: Shows who is responsible for the objective.
  • Last Update: Displays the most recent update date (e.g., Last Update: 02/09/2025).
  • View Team: A quick access link - click it to open a sidebar showing the team members involved.

You can find specific objectives using the following filters:

  • Show by Proximity: Filter objectives based on your involvement (e.g., owner, contributor).
    • My Objectives: Objectives that you have created
    • My Team: Objectives created by your direct reporters or assigned to you.
    • Organization: Objectives related to the entire organization.
    • Department: Objectives set for your department.

  • Filter by Due Date: View objectives based on their deadlines.
    • Missed: Objectives where the Key Result's end date has already passed.
    • Near: Objectives with Key Results due within the next 5 days.
You can filter objectives by their status (Active, Locked, Completed) using the Filter button. You can also filter by other criteria, such as objective type, contributors, layers, cycles, and other criteria to focus on what’s most relevant.
