OKR Performance: An Infographic View

The OKRs Infographics section provides you with a comprehensive overview of your organization's performance. To begin your analysis, you'll first need to select the relevant parameters:

  1. Year: Choose the year for which you want to analyze OKR performance.
  2. North Star: Select the specific North Star you wish to focus on.
  3. Department: Select the department whose OKR performance you want to analyze.

Once you've selected the desired parameters, the Infographics section will generate a series of visualizations and reports, such as progress charts, key result trends, and overall performance summaries.

You can use these insights to identify areas of success, pinpoint areas for improvement, and make informed decisions about your OKR strategy.

At the top of the page, you can see different time periods (e.g., quarters, months) within which the OKRs are set and tracked. Selecting a specific cycle will filter the data shown in the other sections to reflect the performance within that particular timeframe.

Explore the sections:

Timeline: This visual representation shows the progress of the selected cycle over time. This allows you to see how many days have passed and how many days remain within the cycle.

Cycle Progress: This section displays the overall progress of the selected cycle as a percentage and includes buttons representing different OKR statuses. Clicking a status button filters the displayed objectives to show those with the selected status.
Objectives: This section shows the total number of objectives, how many have been missed, achieved, are almost there, and how many are not yet set (Objective statuses). It also shows a breakdown of objectives with goals and objectives without goals. This information helps you quickly understand the current state of your objectives and identify areas for improvement.
Key Results: The section provides an overview of the status and progress of your key results. It displays the total number of key results and categorizes them based on their current status: Behind, Low Chance, On Track, Not Set.
Initiatives: This section displays the status and progress of the initiatives associated with your objectives and key results. It shows the total number of initiatives and categorizes them based on their current status: Behind, Low Chance, On Track, Not Set.
Real Time Progress Distribution: This section visually represents the distribution of real-time progress across your objectives using a bar chart. The horizontal axis divides progress into percentage ranges (e.g., 0-10%, 10-20%, up to 90-100%), while the vertical axis indicates the number of objectives falling within each range. Each bar's height corresponds to the count of objectives at that specific progress level.

NCS (Net Confidence Score) based on KRs: This section displays the Net Confidence Score (NCS) based on the performance of your Key Results. It visually connects the NCS to the underlying Key Result statuses.

The chart is a segmented circle that represents the total number of Key Results. The segments are color-coded to reflect the status of those Key Results:

  • Green Segment: Represents the proportion of Key Results that are On Track.
  • Red Segment: Represents the proportion of Key Results that are Behind (Off Track).

The section also displays the total number of objectives and the breakdown of objectives based on their alignment with the NCS: Objectives On Track and Objectives Off Track.

The calculation for the NCS is: (KRs On Track - KRs Behind) / Total KRs.

In the image you can see the following:

  • Total Key Results: 2
  • On Track Key Results: 2
  • Off Track (Behind) Key Results: 0

Based on this, the NCS would be calculated as (2 - 0) / 2 = 1, or 100%. This is reflected in the chart, where the entire circle is green, indicating that all Key Results are On Track, resulting in a 100% Net Confidence Score.

OKR Progress: This section visually represents the distribution of your Objectives across different statuses: Drafts, In Progress, and Completed. The segmented cycle displays the total number of Objectives and how many fall into each of these categories:

  • Drafts: The number of Objectives that are still in the planning phase.

  • In Progress: The number of Objectives that are currently being worked on.
  • Completed: The number of Objectives that have been successfully completed.

The chart uses color-coded segments to represent each status, providing a clear visual overview of Objective Progress.

With these insights at your fingertips, you can gain a deeper understanding of your OKR performance and drive better outcomes.
