My Alignment: Understanding Your Connection to Company Strategy
The My Alignment section in Perform's Strategy section gives a personalized view of how your work aligns with the company's core values, vision, mission, and strategic goals. By regularly reviewing this section, you can understand your role in the company’s strategy by aligning personal OKRs with corporate direction.
This section allows you to:
- Visualize Your Alignment: See how your individual objectives and key results connect to the company's overarching strategy.
- Understand Your Contribution: Gain insights into how your daily tasks and goals support the company's vision, mission, and values.
- Track Your Progress: Monitor your progress towards achieving your objectives and see how it contributes to the company's overall success.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with the company's latest North Stars and strategic initiatives.
How to See Your Alignment:
- Vision, Mission, and Values: At the top of the page, you'll see the company's vision, mission, and core values. Reflect on how your work aligns with these principles.
- Latest North Stars: The Latest North Stars section displays the company's current strategic goals and objectives. See how your individual objectives contribute to these broader goals.
- Objectives: The Objectives cards are displayed according to Years. Each year's cycles are shown on separate lines, with the objectives included in each cycle displayed accordingly. Only your own objectives are included here.
- Pillars: The Pillars section displays the company's different strategic pillars, presented in individual cards. You'll also see a card labeled 'Not aligned to any Pillar' for objectives and key results that haven't been connected to a specific pillar. Observe how your objectives and key results align with the strategic pillars.
- Objective Progress: For each objective, you'll see its progress and key results. Only your own KPIs are included in this section. The number of KPIs and initiatives is shown on the corresponding pillars cards and can be viewed by clicking the down arrow. This allows you to track your individual progress and see how it contributes to the company's strategic goals.
