My Dashboard: Your Centralized Perform Experience
Welcome to your Perform command center! My Dashboard offers quick access to all the sections and functionalities you need, making performance management more efficient than ever. No more navigating through multiple menus – access your goals, reports, 1-on-1s, and pending reviews with just a glance.

Let's explore how this centralized dashboard allows you to take control of your performance.
1. My Goals Overview
Provides a concise summary of your current objectives, key results, initiatives, and KPIs. This section allows you to quickly monitor your progress through at-a-glance numerical counts and status indicators, enabling you to stay focused on your priorities.
The See All link for each category (Objectives, Key Results, Initiatives, KPIs) gives access to a detailed list of items within that category.
Click the View My Alignment to Strategy link to view your personalized alignment with the company's strategy (Perform → Strategy → My Alignment).

2. Strategy
View the strategy map to understand the connections between different strategic elements by clicking the View Strategy Map link.

3. 1 - on - 1s
Stay connected with your team through effective 1-on-1 meetings.
This section gives a quick overview of your upcoming or pending 1-on-1s, so you can easily manage your scheduled meetings. You can see the number of pending 1 on 1s, and the number of upcoming ones.
See all link redirects to a detailed list of 1-on-1 meetings.

4. Pending Reviews
The Pending Reviews section keeps you informed about performance reviews or feedback requests that require your attention. Each pending review displays the following details:
- Review Name: The title of the review (e.g., Annual Performance 360 Review).
- Reviewer Name: The name of the person who initiated the review or providing the feedback.
- Review Type: The type of review (e.g., Manager, Peer for the Annual Performance 360 Review)
Click the arrow to the right of each review to assess it.

5. My Reports
The My Reports section provides a table displaying reports related to the current user. This table offers a quick overview of key performance metrics for employee and their manager. The table also includes the following columns:
- Objectives (number): The number of objectives assigned to or associated with the employee.
- Key Results (number): The number of key results assigned to or associated with the employee.
- Initiatives (number): The number of initiatives assigned to or associated with the employee
- KPIs (number): The number of Key Performance Indicators assigned to or associated with the employee.
- Actions: This Column contains the Create 1-on-1 link. Clicking this link redirects you to the 1-on-1 creation page.

6. My Department
This section gives a quick overview of your department's goals. You can see the number of objectives and KPIs related to your department.
