Org Structure allows you to build and manage the core hierarchy of your company in one central place. By using it, you can clearly define how your team is organized, visualize reporting lines, and ensure every responsibility is correctly assigned.
This section includes:
  • Chart: An interactive visual map that displays your entire organization’s hierarchy at a glance.
  • Manage: A workspace to build your company’s backbone by creating Functions, assigning specific Job Roles, and linking them to your established Departments and Teams.
  • Accountability: A dedicated tool for balancing workloads and defining specific responsibilities for every role within your organization.
