Accountability: Workload Management
Where to Find: WE → Org Structure → Accountability

The status cards at the top of the page give you an overview of your workforce. These cards also act as dynamic filters - simply click on a card to instantly update the list below. This allows you to filter employees based on their accountability status, making it easy to focus on:
- Single: Employees holding a single function.
- Multiple: Employees holding two or more functions simultaneously.
- No Accountability: Employees without assigned responsibilities.
Overload: Tracks employees with a workload exceeding 100% capacity.

To further refine your view, use the "Show only overloaded employees" checkbox. This instantly narrows the list to only those team members who are over capacity.
For even deeper analysis, use the Filter button to sort the list by specific Positions, Org Bodies, or Branch Offices. This helps you manage accountability across different departments and locations with ease.

- Accountability Count: Shows the total number of specific responsibilities assigned to that person.
- Workload Bar: A visual indicator of capacity.
- Branch & Department: Displays the employee's office location and their specific functional group.
- Manage Button: Click the Manage button on any employee’s card to open a workspace where you can add, edit, or remove specific responsibilities and balance their workload.

- Click the Manage button on the card
In the opened sidebar, you can either create accountability from scratch or update existing assignments.
- View employee details
- See the employee’s name, office location, and department for context before making assignments.
- Add a new function
- Click + Add to assign a responsibility.
- Select the Org Body (department or unit), then choose the specific Function.
- Functions are predefined for each Org Body when creating functions, so only relevant options appear.
After confirming, fill in the following details:
- Workload Percentage: Define how much of the employee’s total capacity is assigned to this function.
- Temporary Toggle: Mark the function as temporary rather than a permanent responsibility.
- If enabled, you must also specify an End Date.
- Start Date: Specify when the employee becomes accountable for this function.
- Total Allocation: Shows the sum of all percentages to ensure the workload is balanced.
- Distribute workload equally
- Use Distribute Equally button to split percentages automatically among all functions, making workload management easier.

With a clear understanding of your organizational structure, you can use accountabilities and workload charts to keep responsibilities balanced, stay transparent, and help your team perform at its best.
