Organizational Design Settings

In this section, you can configure settings that control how your organizational structure and related information are displayed and managed.
The Show replacers during Time Off, available in the General tab setting, allows you to control how employee replacements are displayed in the Organizational Chart.

• When the Show replacers during Time Off toggle is enabled, the employee assigned as a replacer appears in the Organizational Chart instead of the employee who is on approved Time Off. Once the employee returns, they are shown in the chart again. 
• When disabled, the employee on Time Off remains displayed in the Organizational Chart throughout their absence.
