Tracking 1-on-1 Meetings

You can track your 1-on-1 meetings in two sections: Mine and All.


  • Mine: This section shows only meetings involving your direct reports.
  • All: This section displays all scheduled meetings within the organization.

Mine:


This section is divided into two tabs: Planned and Historical.

  • Planned: Includes both Pending and Upcoming meetings.
    • Pending: Meetings that have started but not been completed by the organizer
    • Upcoming: Meetings that have not yet started

Click View Details to see the specific information for any meeting.


  • Historical: Includes all past meetings.


Filtering Meetings:

You can filter meetings by:

  • Type and Recurrence Cycle: The type of meeting (e.g. 1-on-1, assessment) and recurrence cycle (e.g. one-time event or recurring)
  • Status: The completion status of the meeting (e.g., completed, skipped).
  • Date: The specific date or date range of the meeting (only for Historical meetings).

All:

HR specialists can easily track 1-on-1 meetings across the organization in the All section.



Key Information:

  • Organizer: View who has scheduled meetings with employees
  • Participant: The employee involved in the meeting
  • Date: The date of the meeting
  • Type: The type of meeting (e.g., 1-on-1, assessment).
  • Recurrence Cycle: See how many meetings have occurred within different timeframes
  • Shared Notes: Access shared notes from managers
  • Action Items: Track assigned tasks and follow-up actions
  • Meeting Status: Monitor the status of meetings (e.g., completed, skipped, pending)

Note: Click the relevant numbers to view the full content of shared notes and action items left by meeting organizers.

Tip: Private Notes can be visible only to the creators.

Filtering Meetings:


  • Status: Filter by meeting status (e.g., completed, skipped, pending).
  • Date: The specific date or date range of the meeting.
  • Type and Recurrence Cycle: The type of meeting (e.g. 1-on-1, assessment) and recurrence cycle (e.g. one-time event or recurring)
