Public Settings: Managing Your Job Postings on Spark Job Openings
The Public Settings section, located within the Hire -> Job Openings page, provides tools for managing the visibility and accessibility of your job postings.
Key Features:
- Public Posting: Control the visibility and accessibility of your job posting
- Notification Preferences: Customize notification settings for your job posting
By effectively using these settings, you can optimize your recruitment efforts and attract top talent.
Tip: To customize settings in the sections, click the Edit ✎ button.
Public Posting:
- Post in Public Page: Activate this switcher
- Public JO Fields: Choose the specific
information you want to display on the public job opening page from the dropdown list- This can include details like work model, position, and position
title - Contract type, Employment type, Location, Expiration Date, Opening Date, and Job Opening Description are already included by default.

- Linked Application Forms: Link a specific application form to this job opening. Choose the form from the dropdown list.
- When applicants view the job description, they will see the linked form and be able to apply directly.
- Public Link: Choose platforms from the dropdown list (e.g., social media, job boards). Click the Generate Link button to create unique links for each selected source in each language (ARM, ENG, DE) and page (Description, Application)
- These unique links allow you to track the performance of your job postings across different platforms and identify the most effective channels for reaching potential candidates.
- Click on the corresponding icons (view👁, apply 🗎) to see the number of views and applications for your job posting
- Clicking the Copy icon 📋 will create a copy of the link.
Notification Preferences:
- Send Notification:
- Enable the Send Notification switcher to send push
notifications to your current employees who have the Spark.work app installed on their devices to notify them about new vacancies for a potential referral. - Send to: Select the recipients of the notification from the dropdown list (e.g., employees, hiring managers, recruiters)
- Notification Date: Set the date and time for when you want to receive the notification
- Notify Applicant(s): Enable the switcher to send an email notification directly to any external applicants who have already applied for the job opening.
Tip: Please make sure to save your changes in both sections. If you're not satisfied, click the Cancel button.
