Branding Your Application Form and Career Page

The Branding section in Spark.work lets you customize your recruitment experience, such as the application form and public page, to reflect your organization’s identity. Consistent visuals and tailored design help you attract top talent and reinforce your employer brand.

Remember: Only authorized users can access the Application Form and Branding section. Learn more about user permissions.

To brand your public career page and application forms, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to the Hire module
  2. Open Application form → Branding section
  3. Primary Color/Accent Color: Select the Primary and Accent colors
  4. Logo: Add your company's logo
  5. Cover Photo: Add an image that will be displayed at the top of your application form
  6. Favicon: Enhance your application form's branding with a custom favicon
  7. Click the Update Preview button at the top right part of your workspace to see the updated version of your form
  8. And finally, click Apply to save the changes

Tip: If you wish to revert to the original version/view of your application form, click the Reset to Default button.
