The Hire Workspace is the primary platform within the Hire module, providing comprehensive tools to manage your recruitment process, gather valuable insights, and handle candidate assessments:


  1. BrandingCustomize the application form page to match your organization's look and feel.
  2. FormsManage the essential fields needed to identify top talent.
  3. Application Surveys: Create surveys that can be integrated into your application forms to gather specific information during the initial application.
  4. Candidate Experience Surveys: Develop and manage surveys to collect valuable feedback from candidates at different stages of the Recruitment Pipeline, enabling you to optimize the hiring flow and enhance the overall candidate experience.
  5. Question Bank: Build and maintain a centralized repository of assessment questions. This allows you to create, organize, and reuse a diverse set of questions for various candidate tests.

  6. Test Templates: Design and manage structured test templates using questions from your Question Bank. These templates enable you to create standardized assessments for candidates, which can be integrated into your recruitment stages.
