Using the KPI Library

The Library section is where you predefine KPI templates, organized by various categories. You can browse and use these generic KPI definitions as a starting point for creating specific KPIs.

All available KPI categories are displayed in the left-hand navigation, providing a structured overview of your KPIs. The number of KPIs associated with each category is shown alongside the category name. (e.g., Customer Support 1, Development 2, etc.)

KPIs can be displayed in either a List view or a Card view.

The system allows you to filter KPIs by Metric Type (e.g., Currency, Number, Percentage), quickly finding specific KPIs based on their data type.

You can add new KPIs to different categories using the Add KPI button.

From the Library page, you can create new KPIs by clicking the + Add KPI button. A sidebar will open within the Library, allowing you to:

  • Choose Category
  • Enter the KPI name.
  • Provide a detailed description.

  • Specify the measurement type (Metric Type, Cycle, Target Performance).
  • Define threshold ranges for performance levels.

Once created, you can view and manage existing KPIs (modify, delete), including their threshold ranges and When Good results, by clicking the KPI name in the list.

For additional configurations, use the Use KPI button. This will direct you to the KPI creation area (Manage section), specifically the General Details page, where you can customize the KPI's settings.
