Turnover Reports
The Turnover Report provides valuable insights into employee departures within your organization. It focuses on a key metric – the turnover rate. This rate helps you understand the percentage of employees leaving your company compared to the average number of employees you have on staff during a specific timeframe (typically monthly or annually).
How to Access Your Turnover Reports
- Navigate to the Reports module in the main menu
- Select People Management from the Basic section
- Choose the Turnover report card and click View
When you open the Turnover Report, the data is automatically set to display the current year. This timeframe covers the past twelve months, starting from the first day of the current month and ending on the last day.

Graph/Calendar View: The Turnover Report opens by default in a Graph View 📈, allowing you to visualize trends in employee departures over your chosen timeframe. This view helps you identify periods with higher or lower turnover activity, and track the overall rate of employee departures. You can switch to a Calendar view📅 using the provided icon for a more granular breakdown of turnover data by month.
Data Breakdown: Both the Graph and Calendar views offer detailed information of each employee's departure within your chosen timeframe. Here's what you'll see:
