Time Off Requests Report
Time Off Requests Reports is invaluable for HR, managers, and administrators to track, monitor, and manage all employee leave requests effectively, providing transparency and aiding in workforce planning. By presenting key information such as the type of leave, requested periods, and current status, this report empowers you to make informed decisions, ensure proper coverage, and maintain seamless operations.
To open the Time Off Requests page, navigate to:
Reports → Basic → Leave Management
Click the View link on the Time Off Requests report card within the Leave Management section to access a detailed list of all time off requests in your organization.

This report provides a comprehensive overview of each time off request, including:
Employee: The name and basic details (e.g., position) of the employee who submitted the time off request.
Time Off Type: The specific type of leave requested (e.g., Paid Vacation, Maternity Leave, Sick Days).
Period: The start and end dates of the requested time off, along with the total duration (e.g., "26/05/2025 - 22/07/2025 (58 days)").
Status: The current status of the request (e.g., Discarded, Approved, In-Process).
Replacements: Indicates if a replacement was selected for the employee during their absence.
Request Date: The date when the time off request was submitted.

Filtering and Exporting Report Data
- You can refine the report data by clicking the Filter button to apply various criteria such as position, department, time off status, and more.
- Use the date pickers to select a specific period. When you set a start date, the end date will automatically be set to the last day of the same month in the following year.
- To export the displayed data to a spreadsheet, click the Export button.
