Requests Overview
Requests is the section where employees can submit administrative or operational requests (e.g., equipment purchases, travel, HR needs), and managers or administrators can review and process them efficiently.
This section gives both employees and administrators full visibility and control over the lifecycle of a request, from submission to final approval or rejection.
The Requests module is divided into four main areas, serving different user needs and administrative functions:
My Requests: Displays a list of all requests submitted by the logged-in employee. Here, users can track the real-time status, view submission details, and approve or withdraw pending requests.
Manage: This section provides a complete list of requests — including their creators and approvers. Managers and administrators can review each request, track its progress, link related requests, or generate documents directly from this view.
Request Forms: This administrative section allows HR and system admins to create, modify, and manage the forms that employees use to submit requests (e.g., adding fields, setting required inputs).
Settings: This is the administrative configuration hub for the entire section. Here, admins define the underlying automation, including the Notification Templates (what messages are sent) and Approval Flows (who needs to approve a request and in what sequence).
