Reporting Tree
Where to Find: WE → Employees → Reporting Tree

The Reporting Tree provides a clear, interactive view of how employees are connected within your organization. It helps you understand who reports to whom and what type of relationship connects each employee (such as manager, mentor, or HR partner).
By bringing all these connections into one view, it helps you easily understand how your organization is structured and how different teams work together.
- Choose an employee from the dropdown at the top
- The tree will display:
- The employee’s managers
- Their direct reports
- All related connections based on defined job relations
These categories define how employees are connected, for example:
- Direct Manager (Solid blue)
- HR Partner (Dashed pink)
- Coach/Mentor (Dotted lines)

- All levels above (managers)
- All levels below (direct reports)
