New Features and Enhancements
WE
New Requests Section: The Central Gateway for All Organizational Needs
We’ve introduced a new Requests section in the main navigation to make it easier than ever to create, view, and manage all your requests. This update brings every request-related feature together in one convenient place. Employees can now submit their needs through simple self-service forms, while administrators and managers can use the new Manage section to efficiently track, review, and process all pending and completed requests - all from a single dashboard.

Recognition: Building a Culture of Appreciation
We've launched the highly anticipated Recognition section in the Grow module to build a more engaged and appreciative work culture. This new section gives employees a simple, impactful way to celebrate individual and team successes, making recognition visible and rewarding across the organization.
For leadership, the feature is supported by powerful Recognition Insights. This integrated dashboard offers a data-driven view of appreciation trends, allowing managers and administrators to measure engagement, identify top contributors, and ensure that success and company values are being consistently celebrated.

Other Enhancements
HIRE
Manual Rehiring with Linked Recruitment
We’ve made it simpler to rehire candidates who were previously employed. Recruiters can now link already-hired candidates to a new recruitment process, and the system will automatically recognize them as rehires by adding a new position or creating a profile if none exists.

SETTINGS → Working Week
Flexible Time Off Calculation: Control How Public Holidays Affect Leave
Previously, public holidays were always automatically excluded from the time-off days count. Now, you can adjust the Working Week settings so that these holidays are considered working days and are therefore included in the total leave duration, giving greater control over leave accounting.

On/Offboarding Tasks Now Auto-Assign to the Right Employee
We’ve improved Onboarding and Offboarding workflows by linking tasks directly to the employee going through the process. This means any task set to involve “the employee in onboarding/offboarding” will automatically connect to the right person when their process starts - ensuring tasks are assigned correctly without extra manual steps.

Dynamic Pipeline Configuration: Control Candidate Actions by Stage
We’ve improved the Recruitment Pipeline so you can control what candidates and recruiters see at each stage. With the new Displayed Sections option, you can choose which actions - Assignments, Meetings, Surveys, and Tests - are available in every custom stage of Pipeline. Sections that aren’t relevant to a stage will automatically hide, keeping your pipeline clean and focused.

New "My Requests" Widget on the Homepage & Enhanced Request Management
We’ve added a new “My Requests” widget on the Homepage to give you quick access to your active requests. This update also lets you easily view all request types assigned to you, track their status in the My Pending Requests widget, and see requests awaiting your approval directly from the My Tasks widget.

REPORTS
New Employee Group Option in Basic Reports
An "Employee Group" option has been added to existing filters in all Basic Reports under People Management, and Leave Management, making it easier to view data by custom employee groups.

GROW → Dashboard → My Team
Expanded Team & Manager Lists with Full Reporting Structure
Team and Manager lists now include all employees from their respective reporting structure sections, combining both direct and indirect relationships (Reporters/Direct Reports and Managers/Reports To) for a complete view.
TIME OFFS
New Partial Usage Option for Non-Accruable Time Offs
Now we have a new "Allow Partial Usage" setting, which gives administrators precise control over Non-Accruable Time Off policies (e.g., marriage vacations). This update enables employees to utilize only a portion of the total available days within a single request, rather than being required to use the full allocation. This also enables administrators to define a Minimum Days to Request to ensure sensible request limits. Any remaining unused days from that specific transaction are automatically forfeited and cannot be used in a future request.

Non-Admin Users Can Now Filter by “Upcoming” Status
Based on the updated permissions logic, non-admin users can now view and filter employees with the “Upcoming” status in the Employees list.
