The biggest step forward this month is the launch of Position Management, which gives administrators centralized control to map out every official role within the company. By formally separating the role from the employee, we are setting the essential foundation for scalable headcount planning and the upcoming, highly anticipated Career Path module.
Simultaneously, we're making employee celebration front and center. The Leaderboard and Quick Recognition features are now live on the Homepage, ensuring that achievements are instantly recognized, celebrated on a new dedicated Leaderboard, and easily shared with a single click.

Introducing Position Management
We’ve introduced a new Position Management section in Settings, giving you a centralized place to create, organize, and manage all company positions. This new feature separates the role from the employee, allowing you to define position names, assign career levels, structure career tracks, and group roles into job families - all in one place.
This foundation is essential for building a clear and scalable organizational structure, and it is the key prerequisite for the upcoming Career Path module, ensuring that employees see how their growth opportunities connect across positions, levels, and job families.

Leaderboard and Quick Recognition on the Homepage
Your Homepage now includes a dedicated Recognition Leaderboard that tracks and celebrates the team members who have received the most recognitions this month. Plus, you can instantly give recognition directly from the main dashboard, and all recognition posts will also be visible on the Homepage.

Enhanced Reporting: Export OKRs, Infographics, and 1-on-1 Data
We’ve made it easier for you to access and share data from your OKRs and 1-on-1 Meetings: you can now export full OKR lists, generate OKR infographics, and download the complete history of your 1-on-1 meetings.

Employment Type Standardization
The Employment Type field in job requisitions is now synchronized with your Key Properties settings. All hiring requests use the same consistent options, ensuring your requisition data is accurate and easy to manage.
Clickable Stage Link in Candidate Profile
The "Stage" displayed in the Candidate Profile header is now a clickable link that provides users with Recruitment permissions one-click access to the relevant Recruitment Stage overview.

Quick Access to New Job Openings

On/Offboarding: Employee Group Task Assignment
We’ve made task management more flexible - now you can assign On/Offboarding tasks to an entire team or department, not just one person. Everyone in the group will be notified, and the first person to accept or complete the task will take ownership, ensuring nothing gets delayed.
