A New Way to Grow: Introducing the Feedback Section

Designed to foster growth and drive performance, the new Feedback framework provides a straightforward and consistent space for both giving and receiving feedback. It brings together everything you need to manage, track, and standardize the entire feedback lifecycle across the organization. Users can view their own history in the Personal section, utilize predefined Feedback Points, and gain Insights into performance trends. The dedicated Manage section ensures easy administration and control over all feedback activities.

Employee Data Import Enhancements

We've enhanced our employee data import feature with a new option: Employee Data Updates. In addition to importing new employees, you can now update the personal information of multiple employees at once — no need to edit each profile individually.

Enhanced Candidate Rejection Tracking

You can now track a candidate’s rejection process in a clear timeline. Our system automatically logs the real-time status of rejection emails — whether they were successfully sent, if they failed, or if notifications were turned off.

TIME OFFS

Improved Time-Off Accruals 

Accruals are now more flexible — you can align them with either a fixed calendar date or each employee’s hire anniversary. This applies to both monthly and yearly accruals, giving you more control and clarity in managing time off.
