This December, we’re excited to unveil the all-new Career section, which provides a transparent roadmap for professional growth by helping employees visualize their journey through integrated Career Paths and a Competency Matrix.
We’ve also introduced a redesigned OKR mobile experience, bringing greater clarity and ease to performance tracking. Competency Management has been refined to better support ongoing skill development.

What's New This Month?

GROW
Career: Structured Growth and Career Transparency

We introduce the Career section within the Grow module, providing a dedicated space to bring clarity, structure, and transparency to employee career development. It helps employees understand where they are, where they can grow, and what is required to progress within the organization. By combining Career Paths, Competency Matrix, and Playbook, it provides clear progression routes, outlines required skills and competencies, and offers practical guidance to support growth, development planning, and alignment across the organization.

Competency Management: Structure and Content Refined

We’ve updated the Competency section to make management clearer and more organized. Previously, competencies were managed across two areas — the Library and Categories. Now, this structure has been improved and reorganized into: 


  • Library: the central place to create, view, and edit competency content and
    descriptions.
  • Settings: a dedicated area that now includes both Categories and Career Levels.

Introducing Folders in Info Hub: Enhanced Content Organization

To help you manage and navigate content more efficiently, we’ve introduced a new Folders tab in the Info Hub. It allows you to structure documents and links more clearly, turning the Info Hub into a more organized and flexible content library.
We’ve also redesigned the Documents and Links tabs to support bulk selection, drag-and-drop ordering, and quick actions, making it easier than ever to organize company information from one centralized area.

Other Enhancements

Redesigned OKR Mobile Experience

We’ve refreshed the OKR mobile experience to make managing and contributing to OKRs faster and more intuitive, especially for OKR Owners and Contributors. Key updates include easier access to your OKRs, clearer navigation, quicker updates, and a cleaner, more comfortable interface.
 An improved OKR history view is coming in the next release.

HIRE
Improved Hiring Flow for Applicants with Existing Employee Emails

You can now add applicants even if their email matches an existing employee’s email.
If this applicant later enters the recruitment pipeline with the same email, the system will automatically recognize them as a Rehired Candidate.

Task Management
Export Initiatives from Task Management

You can now export initiatives (Personal, My Team, Department, Organization, and Shared) directly from the Initiatives page in XLSX format.
