Work.am by Spark.work: Find and Share Jobs with Powerful Announcements

Empower Recruitment with Work.am, your go-to platform, available in English, Armenian, and Russian. It allows you to boost your visibility with all your active vacancies and find the perfect candidates to propel your company forward.

• Sign Up & Login: Create an account for your company, log in as a job seeker or log in as an existing company to access a variety of features. 
  
• Jobs Page: Attract top talent with job postings. Applicants can easily apply directly on Work.am.

Career Page Platform: Showcase Your Job Openings with Spark.work's Career Page

Start using the Spark.work Career Page to effectively recruit and attract top talent.

• Multilingual Access: Reach a wider audience by offering the Career Page in Armenian,
  Russian, and English.
• Jobs: Showcase all your available positions.
• About Company: Highlight your company's values and work environment to attract

• Sign-In Advantages: After signing in, the applicants can easily apply for any job opening, save your job postings for future reference, and track the progress of their applications.

EXPERIENCE → Announcements: Keep Your Team and Audience Informed

We’ve added the Announcements section to our Experience module to help you create and share important company news and updates. This feature allows you to publish posts for internal visibility or share them externally on the Spark.work Career Page, keeping both your team and job seekers informed about key updates. Whether it's company milestones, events, or new initiatives, Announcements ensure that relevant audiences stay connected and up-to-date with your organization.

Job Openings: Auto-rejection notification for Candidates:

To optimize your recruitment process, we've introduced auto-rejection notifications. This feature allows you to automatically send an email notification to candidates when their applications are rejected. Enable auto-rejection notifications switch when creating a new job opening to automatically send email notifications to rejected candidates. Choose from pre-defined templates to personalize your messages and maintain professionalism.

Job Openings → Public Settings Tab

We have made significant updates to our job posting functionality that aim to improve your entire experience.

Key Changes:

• Simplified Workflow: We've separated the Public Settings section from the Create Job Opening form.
• Enhanced Save Button: The Save button has been renamed to Save and
  Continue, allowing you to seamlessly move to the Public Settings tab after saving your job posting.
• New Public Settings Tab: A dedicated Public Settings tab has been added to the Job Opening page for centralized visibility and accessibility management. This tab is now divided into two sections:
• Public Posting: To control the visibility and accessibility of your job posting
• Notification Settings: To customize notification preferences for your job posting
• Public Link Management: The Public Link field is now a drop-down list, allowing you to generate unique links for each selected source, enabling you to reach a wider audience and attract the best candidates from various platforms. The system displays links for both the “Description” and “Application” pages in each available language—Armenian (ARM), English (ENG), and German (DE).
