The Surveys section has been restructured for improved navigation, and now includes:
- My Dashboard: A dedicated space for viewing your completed surveys.

We've implemented significant enhancements to the KPI module, making performance tracking more interactive, transparent, and accessible.

Improved Meeting Management (Add Meeting) in Hire
With this update, creating and managing meetings becomes more efficient, particularly for users without calendar integration. This update enables sending meeting invitations even without a calendar integration.
Improved Candidate Stage Management with Confirmation
You can now confirm candidate stage transitions using the Confirm Stage Change function, which gives you greater control over your recruitment process and prevents accidental updates across all candidate lists and profiles.
Job Openings → Public Settings
More Control Over Your Public Job Postings
We've made it easier to manage your job openings on Work.am! You can now control whether the job opening is displayed on Work.am using the new switcher. When postings are deactivated, they will be displayed to candidates as Expired Job.
Improved Candidate Rejection Process
We have enhanced the candidate rejection process for more efficient experience. From now send automatic rejection notifications to candidates using the selected template. The system manages the notification settings based on your auto-rejection preferences defined in the Job Opening's Position Details.
Candidate Rejection Tracking: Improved Clarity and Filtering
We've made significant improvements to how candidate rejections are displayed and managed within the system. Rejected candidates are now visibly marked in red. Additionally, the last stage at which the rejection was made is now displayed. Candidates can also be filtered by the Rejection Stage option.
